- Offer is valid for bookings until 27 February 2024 and stays from 1 November 2023 until 29 February 2024.
- Offer requires a minimum of two nights stay.
- Complimentary one-night extension stay will be applied should it rain continuously for 6 hours between 10am to 6pm during your stay, with a maximum of one night redemption per stay OR exchange it for an accommodation credit voucher valued at RM250 nett to be redeemed at any Berjaya Hotels & Resorts in Malaysia within 6 months from date of voucher issuance.
- Extension of complimentary one-night stay will be at the sole discretion of the Resort.
- Complimentary one-night extension stay applies for room and breakfast only.
- A Sustainability Tax (Cukai Kelestarian) of MYR3 per room per night is imposed by the Pahang State Government to all guests.
- Tourism Tax (TTx) of RM10 nett per room per night will apply for non-Malaysians registered guests upon check-in.
- No cancellation or amendment is allowed, otherwise full penalty on the entire stay will apply.
- Non-refundable payment for total reservation value at point of reservation.
