At Berjaya Tioman Resort, you can experience the life of diving with our PADI Dive Centre. We don’t just cater for existing professional divers, but beginners are also able to dive and take underwater photography accompanied with our experienced PADI certified Divemaster and Instructors as you explore Tioman’s underwater world.

Tioman Island is known as one of Malaysia’s most popular diving spots due to its rich & beautiful underwater world. The warm waters and good visibility make Tioman a paradise for divers as one can discover astounding sights such as colourful Gorgonian sea fans, Staghorn corals, nudibranchs and beautifully sculptured sea sponges.

The island features over 25 dive sites and has a variety of divers’ offerings (pun intended). Dive the shallow, calm waters of Pirate Reef, wander among the amazing granite and lush coral formations at Chebeh or explore the wrecks at KM Sipadan or Sawadee Wrecks. You can even head to Malang Rock (Coral Island), blessed with an abundance of hard and soft corals (home to hawksbill turtles) to catch a glimpse of the occasional cuttlefish, lion fish, moray eels, black tip reef sharks, parrot fish, blue spotted rays – the list goes on.
